Unfortunately, one arm is non-functional. The lower left arm stays bent all the time. Poor kid is going in for surgery to remove it.
How awesome would it be to have 3 functional arms?!?!!?
You could play the most awesome piano pieces composed for 3 hands! Or drums!!
You could drive a manual car and eat at the same time!
Wouldn't need help tying knots.
Drawbacks:
Tailor made clothes all your life. Although with an extra hand, it probably won't be as difficult to make clothes yourself.
