The annoying thing about blogger is the log-in page.

You can set up Blogger to blog via email! But the problem with that is it would be a bad idea to use your work email.
Just do what everyone else does and write your blogposts in Microsoft Word.
There should be a plugin or two around for Firefox that lets you blog away without having to log directly into the blogger site.
That requires you to run Firefox at work.
No Firefox at work...for security reasons.
Only Web Development are allowed Firefox.
