How Fat?

Sometimes, while driving home along the freeway, I'll glance at the car beside me.
Occassionally, I'll see a fat person behind the wheel. A person so fat, they look like they're drowning in their own mass, only exacerbated by being compacted between the driver's seat and the steering wheel.

How do people get that fat????
